CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for:
•planning and managing a variety of activities to ensure that a definitive culture of exceptional customer service is maintained within the company.
•constantly reviewing customer service policies and practices and recommend improvement;
•understanding the needs of customers and implementing strategies towards meeting those needs
•Assisting with the design and delivery of customer service training.

Qualifications & Experience
•A First Degree in Management Studies or equivalent
•Specialist training in customer service
•A minimum of (3) years working experience in a managerial capacity preferably in the Retail industry.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Good analytical and problem solving skills
•Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work with persons at all levels

The job will require work outside normal working hours and travelling island wide.
